What are the rooms like at InTown Suites?

Every room is set up like an efficiency apartment and offers a kitchen (full-size refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stovetop), full-size or larger bed, dining area, large flat panel TV with premium channels, and high speed Internet access.

Do you offer Internet access?

Yes, each room offers high speed Wi-Fi or wired Internet access. Please be sure to read our Internet Use Policy.

Can I stay longer than a week?

Yes! At most locations, you can stay for as long as you need and we offer numerous rate options to make InTown Suites even more convenient. After the first week, you can extend your stay by the week or use our Stay-Over Rate to extend your stay for less than a week. Some locations also offer Monthly PLU$ Rates, which offer significant savings when you pay for four weeks in advance.

If you need to leave town for business, a short vacation, or any other reason, use our Stow & Go Rate to hold your room and tax status for a small nightly fee! See the front desk for details.

Can I stay less than a week?

At most locations, we only rent rooms by the week. However, if you are staying at least three nights, our low weekly rates still offer a tremendous savings over a traditional nightly stay hotel. Many customers rent weekly but actually stay fewer than seven nights because of the value we provide.  At four of our Hampton Roads area locations, we do rent rooms nightly and weekly.    

Once you have stayed one week, you can extend your stay by the week or use our Stay-Over Rate to extend for less than a week. If you are leaving the property for a few days, you may also use our Stow & Go Rate to hold your room, deposit and tax status while you are away.

What are InTown Suites hours of operation?

Our offices are generally open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. While move in must occur during office hours, InTown staff is available 24/7 to assist our guests.

Does InTown Suites accept pets?

We do not accept pets.

Do any InTown Suites have a pool?

Yes, our location in Gilbert, Arizona and our Orlando Central location in Orlando, FL both have swimming pools.

May I have mail sent to me at the location?

Yes. All of our locations are set-up for mail delivery. We will provide you with the necessary information upon move-in.

Do you have an on-site dining facility?

Our locations do not offer restaurants. However, with complete kitchens, a home-cooked meal is an even better alternative.

Do you have on-site laundry facilities?

Yes, all of our properties offer laundry facilities for a nominal fee.  

Do you provide housekeeping service?

Yes, we offer a weekly housekeeping service included in the price of your stay.

Do you offer any recreational facilities?

Our properties do not have any recreational facilities, but are close to many local attractions.

What is InTown Suites' firearm policy?

The possession of any firearm or weapon on InTown Suites property, including in the room, common area(s), or parking lot is prohibited.
